• If the Router is to be used with a DSL or cable modem and the IP address

assignment for the Ethernet WAN interface is achieved by PPPoE, select

Router with a PPPoE-Based DSL/Cable Connection.

• If the Router is to be used with a DSL or cable modem and the IP address

assignment for the Ethernet WAN interface is achieved by DHCP, select

Router with a DHCP-Based DSL/Cable Connection.
